Not sure about #193, but the problem back in september was the index generation and huge number of strings. We were hit by the UTF-8 and enconding problems, but we couldn't load more than a couple of languages with partial list of packages. The idea is to use the Storage API from Gintas to speed up how Pootle deals with the po-files and their indexes to see if then it can handle DDTP. :) Kind regards, - -- Felipe Augusto van de Wiel (faw) "Debian.
