measurements. I had an upholsterer make new cushions for my boat, and he used

about 2/3 of the way up) are intended to keep the mast from pumping in heavy
seas. With a bendy mast you could also use them to adjust sail shape, but my
mast is about as bendy as a telephone pole.

halyard on my 42 was wire-to-rope and was led internally through an exit box
near the base of the mast. In my case, a winch on the deck near the mast was
used for the main. A few years ago we were heading out

calling in) recommended 5952 over 4941. I just inquired again – this time by
e-mail. 3M responded that that it recommends the 59XX series for this
application. For what it’s worth.
