The laptop is an 850MHz with 512MB of RAM and the OS is Win2000. I really
don't see how it could be under powered. The graphics card has 16MB of RAM.
The laptop loads the server app fine but it will not load VNC Viewer.
The desktop (800MHz, 512MB) loads both

When we upgraded our server to 2000, we could not longer start a vnc
session. At the time we had 3.3 R7 installed on the server. I upgraded it
to 3.3 R9 and everything works fine. I don't know if it was the reinstall
or the change of version that ca
