OK, I think you're trying to say you can access your Linux box from your
Windows 2000 box using VNC, but you CANNOT access your Windows 2000 box from
your Linux box.

Just to eliminate the obvious, when you connect FROM Windows TO Linux, you
have to specify <IPofLinuxMachine>:1 in vncviewer, but when you connect FROM
Linux TO Windows 2000, you have to specify <IPofWindowsMachine>:0 in
vncviewer.

Otherwise, please try to provide more details - your question is a little
hard to understand.
