Well, I can find the button to do it by moving the horizontal slider to expose
the call controls. Only thing is, it just seems to take you into the edit field
of the chat with the person you're already in a call with. I'm assuming that
it probably pops up, but we just can't see it.

Yep, it works very well. I've been using this for some time now. You can even
add sites to a so-called "Whitelist" which enables a site to always load flash,
but only those listed.
It's very nice, as it helps load a site a lot faster and actually decreases a
lot of CPU usage.

Actually, I take an even easier approach. I just go to the Activity Monitor in
/Applications/Utilities and quit the processes related to Dropbox. Of course, I
reinstalled Dropbox since I love Dropbox, and since I paid. The mouse approach

That's very interesting. The only thing I recall that sounded anything
like this, might just be a simple rumor. But that was a Nokia solution
where the screen would somehow look like it was providing braille
output, though only for reading text messages.

Well, you can use the standard DVD player integrated into the Mac
operating system. Simply put the DVD in the drive, select your region

To your first question
No, it is not necessary to restart any of the Macintosh computers
unless an update requires it. Mine has been on for at least an entire
month now without a restart, and it works perfectly fine as if it had
just booted up.
