Hi! Well, Mozilla is already aware and working on it. In fact, if you get the Firefox source, you can enable some accessibility features and some of it will work. It's pretty limited, but it's a step forward.
Unfortunately, adding accessibility to Firefox is a lot more complex than you might think. That's why it's taking a very long time to complete. Also, last I heard, they needed help to finish their work as there is apparently not enough Mac people to work on it.
