We are having similar problems with VoiceOver and speech rates. Using the
Australian female voice, where the IOS8 type rate ran at 30 to 35 as normal
rate, the IOS9 speech rate runs around 50 and above.
Who is tweeking these accessibility settings, anyway? This looks a lot
urvey? I would be curious about the missing checkbox.
If it is me, well, that's my problem. It the survey is set up to not select
for totally blind members of the population, that would seem to represent a
bias.

Windows Eset left a folder in Outlook Express even after a correct uninstall.
