Cheree Heppe here: We are having similar problems with VoiceOver and speech rates. Using the Australian female voice, where the IOS8 type rate ran at 30 to 35 as normal rate, the IOS9 speech rate runs around 50 and above. Who is tweeking these accessibility settings, anyway? This looks a lot like he way Windows stuff operates. This shouldn't be arbitrarioy swiched with Apple without elease notes to explain changes.
