It is very difficult to move a hole...enlarging usually just results in a larger hole in the same place...you can do it...it involves clamping a large block with a predrilled hole to the part...use piloted reamers...then ream up 1/64th at a time. Probably easier to make new fittings in this case.

I made a front deck from the blue foam...then realized that i was going to use a header tank...so i tested a sample in a jar with a little bit of gas...in the morning i had 2 sheets of fiberglass and nothing else.
