I understand the reason...it is a great thing to have the laminar flow airfoil. Unfortunately the reduction in sweep changes the location of the mac. I did the calculations a few months ago...and I can't decipher my post it notes...but the change moves the usable check range forward about a half inch. I came up with a similar shift forward if you make the front surface of the front spar parallel to the center section instead of the aft surface. A simple measurement with a plumb bob and chalk line to measure your sweep might be quite revealing.
