Hi All,
I have a problem with a zip file with clamav-0.80:

deflated = 1100KB
I have ArchiveMaxCompressionRatio set to default (250)

I'm guessing that the ratio is calculated literally as

Ahh OK, it's on a file by file basis - thanks.

Added in MIME:Lite functionality so the email is properly formatted and can
have a real name. This helps them fly under the SpamAssassin Radar. However
you will need MIME:Lite, CGI, and a recent CPAN version of Net::SMTP.
Enjoy,

You're missing the main point of ClamAV: it's a server-based virus
scanner for e-mail.
It's not a workstation AV solution. Just because some people try to
shoe-horn it into a workstation AV solution does not mean that it is
designed for that purpose. Look at the virus database for ClamAV:

Hello,
I seem to have an error somewhere and can't seem to find it so asking for a
spare set of eyes on this one.
I have clamd running on machine a bound to its main ip on port 3310
I have clamav-milter running on another machine with the following
clamav-milter -ql -s xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:3310 /va

Check you don't have LocalSocket set in clamd.conf

NJH Music, Barnsley,
I have ClamAV 0.75 installed on a RH Linux server. It's
configured to operate with SendMail using the Clamav-milter.
I noticed that infected mail started slipping through and
found the many errors similar to the following in maillog:

use TCPsocket to tell clamAV to use TCP to connect to clamd
