     May some more responsive user help me and explain how ClamAV works? How
to "signal" to ClamAV (AFAIK, "signals" is an *ix method, not Windows)? What
is "RELOAD command"? How ClamAV "(re)loads" bases (loads them completely
into memory or reopens base files at each request to scan something)?
