Hi,
Just a common misconception.
VoiceOver does not have to be allowed to use AppleScript to use the Keyboard
commander. This may be true for some AppleScripts, however my custom ones seem
to work fine without it checked. Only difference is that it will tell you
information through your system
Hi,
Consult the VoiceOVer manual. They're all in there.

Hi,
I tried the Cereproc voices, though. I wouldn't recommend them.
They're extremely unstable, especially with VoiceOVer. This might have changed,
of course, somehow, but I didn't know of a way to update mine.

Hi,
They aren't worth using with VoiceOVer, though. At least, not yet. I got a
coupon to test them, and I found they always ended up dying on me and were
pretty slow in the first place. I didn't see a way to update, either.
Hopefully, they have gotten better, and if so, can anyone tell me how t

Hi,
No offense, but some of this just sounds like nitpicking. :)
Firstly, with phone numbers, for example. There are a lot of different formats
for phone numbers, depending on what your location is. I don't really think
it's really necessary for the VoiceOver people to implement this, as you ca
Hi,
It's actually interesting. I checked the help and it said FN-F6 as well,
though I just get a ding. I have it set up so that FN is used for hardware keys
too.

Hi,
Usually, they cost about $99 for americans, and €99 for other people. If you
buy the Scandinavian languages, however, it is $219/€219 for a package. Double
check this on the site, but I believe this is what the prices were when I
purchased just a couple of weeks ago.

Hi,
You cannot buy individual voices. You are stuck with a bundle of languages, and
this is because of Acapela's policy. IF you want individual offers, try to
convince Acapela to distribute them separately as well as in a bundle.

Hi guys,
So I wanted to pass this to you guys, too.
Ever since the 10.6.4 update, I've been noticing frequent crashes with
VoiceOver. I hope I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. It also seems
to be random if you're being a casual observer, meaning that it happens in
whichever applic

Hi,
Yeah, I was thinking the same now that I looked at it. Hmm. That one is going
to be hard to explain to Apple in that case.
