Hi,

I think a lot of credit is also going to the Quick start you can bring up by
hitting VO-Command-F8. Also, when launching VoiceOver for the first time, It
will ask you if you want to learn how to use your Mac. This even happens during
the Setup Assistant. It will take you through various scenarios, and one thing
that is very important to understand about the Mac is that, since everything is
tightly integrated into the operating system, those scenarios can be applied to
all similar situations. Navigation keys don't change.

I thought I'd point this out as well and give Apple credit, as it is actually a
very helpful tool. You can easily go back in the tutorial, resume where you
left off, and the tutorial also provides a very convenient practice area with
the elements of the scenario VoiceOVer is presenting to you, so that you can
try out the various navigation methods before entering the practice area.

Regards,
Nic
