Hi, That certainly depends, Sarah, on which model you get. You see, they changed it again. I have two of the old models, and one of the new one. The new one is absolutely terrible. It has issues with SNow Leopard and the microphone volume, and the update really doesn't matter. It seems to at least for me, to have tremendous pairing problems at times. Both models can also become very uncomfortable after just a few hours wearing them, though I personally think they have very good sound and great bass. The microphone is alright, but I've heard better ones. I generally like the sound and microphone of the old model a lot better.
It cancels out interference, though, which is nice.
