Hi,

You can easily do that. YOu would probably have to use the effects area, 
though, which they say they'll make accessible someday. It is not usable unless 
there is no effect currently active. Which means, if you are already using a 
single effect, you cannot add more. I'd really just go with Nicecast, set the 
USB as the audio device, use the effects area to add iTunes in and pling. I'm 
sure someone is smarter than me, though.
