The Braille cells are of good quality. The unit is durable enough, although I

Rather than pressing VO and right arrow, you can also press video and the
letter J to jump from the message list to the message content. You may have to
press VO J a couple of times to get to the content area. This is a known issue.

I've talked to other people who have had few if any problems with Gmail and
others who say the problems they were having resolved themselves. If my
