I saw a variant of this when using option left and right arrows to move over a 
hyperlinked bit of text I had inserted. VO read the previous word the first 
time I moved into the hyperlink and nothing at all with subsequent presses of 
the option right arrow command until I moved past the hyperlink. Sounds like 
something isn’t quite right there.
