If you are talking about the Mac, iTunes is already installed. use VO-D to move to the dock and begin typing iTunes. Use VO-Space to open the program. You should probably consider visiting www.macfortheblind.com, www.thetechjuggernaut.com, www.applevis.com, and going to www.nbp.org to search for their Mac reference books. There are a ton of resources available. It's just a matter of figuring out which one will best suit your needs.
