Greetings, all: I just added the email account for the college where I teach Music Appreciation to the mail accounts on my Mac. Currently, the account shows up as "Exchange". I would like to give the mailbox a more meaningful name, but the option to rename the mailbox stays dimmed no matter how often I try to select the correct inbox from the list. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Thanks for the help.
