Hello, Christian:

There is currently a thread on this list discussing Amadeus Pro which is a very 
accessible audio editing tool. I am told that Sound Forge also works, although 
it is not inexpensive. There are other programs, but they don't come to my mind 
at present. As for sequencing software, I don't know the answer to that one.
