Pilots do things differently but for me I’m sticking with what has kept me safe

I converted the wheel size on Robert Pasak’s airplane. The gear legs were short
and pants were large, so to get the wheel pants on I split the pants in half
front to back to be able to get them on.

Hello All,
This is Victor Taylor the current care taker for Bob Pasak’s airplane. So sorry
to hear that he has passed away. What an awesome man and craftsman he was.
To answer the question about the wing being straight it is NOT. It is tapered
and is a one piece wing. The wing is bolted to
that with the fact that you have no
steering when one tire goes it’s not worth it in my opinion.

Make sure that if you do put fuel in the wings that you have two fuel pumps
that can move fuel from both tanks. I would reserve at least four gallons for
the header tank in case of an electrical failure.
