Hello KR guys. Another KR builder and myself made a seat pan mold recently. Our seat pans straddle both spars and hook over the front and back. We are using a combination of bid and uni cloth with 1/4" foam for stiffness. I am out of the country at the moment but plan to build my two pans in a few weeks. I would like to make the KR fly in again and if so will bring a seat pan to show. The mold was a lot of work and cost as much as four pans to build but a pan can be made on it in a few hours now. I am thinking that we may either build them for others or let others use the mold when we are done.
