Hi,
There's a huge amount of pull requests for Hydrogen (30-40 would be my
guess); is there any hope of them being merged? Some of them are very
old (4 months!).
If not, then we should really just close them.
Thanks,
Vincent

Hi,
As the CB2.x development moved to opencrowbar in github, and as the

Hi,
I initially wanted to summarize where we stand with pull requests, and
list those that should be okay to go in, and those that need further

As I'll be leaving for two weeks, and as John was saying it would help

today.
I'm happy to be overruled for any of them, but I'd appreciate if you

All,
I'll be taking a lack of comments as +1, so here's your last chance to

We just pushed a nfs_client barclamp at

In short, this allows to add NFS mounts to the nodes (by editing
/etc/fstab and mounting them).
If there's any interesting in having it hosted in the crowbar project on

Hi,
(this is for pebbles)
Currently, we have nice automatic DNS entries created in bind on the
admin node for the different nodes. This means that we get, for
instance, a public.d52-54-00-fa-12-cb.$domain DNS entry for the
d52-54-00-fa-12-cb.
However, in the past, with SUSE Cloud 1.0, we realize

I'm adding support for using SSL for the Quantum API. Unfortunately, the
code for this is not in Grizzly but got pushed in Havana, and so I

Right now, both the glance and swift barclamps have the option of

However, as we're targetting an OpenStack cloud, I don't think we really

I don't think we should remove it in pebbles if it doesn't work (unless

Just as a follow-up on this: I sent a pull request to improve the one
that went in without a +1 from our side.

Hi,
While investigating a bug, I wondered about the differences between the
"Delete" and "Reset" (which also seems to be called "Deallocate")
actions in Crowbar.
The only doc I could really find is at

Hi,
I just realized that one of my commits that got merged will impact
non-Pebbles branches, and might be an issue requiring changes in these
branches too. This is the following commit:
https://github.com/crowbar/crowbar/commit/29b97580c42bdfe1e0b548cff773811eaeea16d9
In short, this is changin

They look good to me, but I'll let Ralf double-check since I have nearly
no experience with the database barclamp.

Hey,
I'm still confused about the version number that should be used for
Pebbles. I heard 1.5, 1.6 and 1.7 for it at different point in time :-)
Could we settle on one for sure and add that to
https://github.com/crowbar/crowbar/wiki/Roadmap ?
FWIW, one simple reason we need to know about this: v

Hi,
If we want to be able to switch to OpenStack cookbooks from AT&T for
2.0, I think it makes sense to start looking at merging the PFS feature
in these cookbooks, as it's probably one of the biggest difference we
need to focus on.
It wouldn't hurt to discuss this specifically (either on a call,
Hi,
First, thanks for the overview on attribute injection in yesterday's
call. This was quite useful to better understand what this all means and
why we are moving this way, as well as how things can look like (with
the keystone cookbook example).
Ideally, we'd have a good example of porting a co
