Yes that is the same configuration Grenadine has. I suspect the long boom was to accommodate boom-end sheeting. Grenadine’s mainsheet runs from the aft end of the boom, with the traveler at the aft end of the cockpit. I like that because, along with tiller steering, it makes for a very roomy
