Keep in mind that the version numbers on the Cent 6.3 packages mean
nothing. They are far ahead and patched beyond what they say. For example

it hasn't worked for me.
I have vms that are destroyed but not expunged - that are holding the IP I need
to release to delete the network.

Could you give access to the Piwik stats on Documentation for all the doc
contributors?
Most of us, who are not achieved the committer status yet, are interested to
know the number of visits on each topic.
We can also think about having a "Leave a Comment" mechanism on the doc pages.
Great to know we are setting up pwiki.

OK - so this is a vagrant usage issue.
If you were to completely start over, you would need to do:
vagrant box remove devcloudbase virtualbox
and
vagrant box remove devcloudbox virtualbox
For just the last step, remove the devcloudbox.
