This is all I wanted, a magic number (560). I've been using bitrate calculator 
(http://www.videohelp.com/calc.htm) but this is much much simpler.
Thanks for sharing this knowledge with us.

This reminds me of my times working on Civil Engineering with reinforced 
concrete. The area of steel needed is about the span length, i.e., a 3 meters 
concrete beam needs about 3 cm2 of steel section.
