Hi Tim, I didn't know that. So in that case Bryan, ignore my suggestion. Teresa, how does the trash folder get messages periodically deleted? I have never heard of this before. Are you referring to the Trash folder in the Mail app or the Gmail website. Also what do you mean by archived? I have heard of this term numerous times but never really understood what it meant. Is it a form of deleting messages?
