Hmmm, ok so there is only one repairman cert I get that, and that goes to the 
original builder and covers airframe and engine.  SO I come along 25 years 
later and install and engine I built but I cant sign off any work I have done 
because the FAA won't issue me an engine only repairman cert for that engine.  
Still makes no sense to me.  What if I had installed a steam engine.  IS the 
A&P gonna sign off repair of it?
