Think about the current content analysis format:

  Content analysis details: (12.10 points, 5 required)
  MY_RULE_14   (3.2 points)  X-Mailer: indicates spam MUA
  REMOVE_PAGE  (0.3 points)  URI: URL of page called "remove"
  [...]

If you dropped the rule names, tuning the scores would require more
effort than today. The rule name is a unique key, the description
does not have to be unique, and thus figuring out which rule fired
could be catchy.
