One of the objections that people have to spam is the language it
uses. While words like "penis" are perfectly correct English, some
people will simply not like seeing it. In the case of the
PENIS_ENLARGE rules, they could be BIGGER_BODY_PARTS and be
understandable in a way that "bigger bits" might not be.

I agree that this is not so easy in all cases - it's a question of how
accurately the rule name and description need to describe the content
found.

I think this is a good point - there's a noticable difference in the
style of the descriptions in places. I'd guess that many of the more
informal descriptions were in the earliest versions of SA before it
had such a large userbase.

The ones I can find are (some of these are judgement calls):

describe NO_QS_ASKED Doesn't ask any questions
describe FOR_FREE No such thing as a free lunch (1)
describe COMPLETELY_FREE No such thing as a free lunch (2)
describe NO_COST No such thing as a free lunch (3)
 * I don't know how widely understood "no such thing as a free lunch" is.
describe DEAR_FRIEND Dear Friend? That's not very dear!
describe EXCUSE_12 Nobody's perfect
describe EXCUSE_16 I wonder how many emails they sent in error
describe TARGETED Targeted Traffic / Email Addresses
describe RESISTANCE_IS_FUTILE Resistance to this spam is futile
describe READ_TO_END You'd better read all of this spam!
describe ALL_NATURAL Spam is 100% natural?!
describe RISK_FREE Risk free. Suuurreeee....
describe CONGRATULATIONS Congratulations - you've been scammed?
describe RICH If only it were that easy
describe YOU_WON Who really wins?
describe ONE_TIME One Time Rip Off
describe UNCLAIMED_MONEY People just leave money laying around
describe DONT_DELETE Don't delete me! Nooooo!!!!
describe WORRY_FREE No Worries, Mate
