Something along these lines could be included in existing SA
configuration files without breaking them:

header BIG_BOOBS Subject =~ /large\.breasts/i
describe BIG_BOOBS Subject: contains reference to large breasts
score BIG_BOOBS 1.2
pcname BIG_BOOBS HILLY_CHEST
pcdescribe BIG_BOOBS Subject: contains naughty stuff

If the optional headers pcname (politically correct name) and
pcdescribe are present, they can be included in the report instead
of the original headers.

Addinging a boolean configuration flag "politically_correct" with
the default of false/undef might be considered aswell, so one can
easily switch the PC behaviour on and off without the need to modify
any rules.

For the record: I don't feel offended by reading about large
breasts. I don't even feel offended by fondling them. :-) But
obviously, this is a question of culture and breeding, and I'd like
to see SpamAssassing used even by people who don't like a woman's
surface topography as much as I do.
