accounts only and we do not use saving settings. The GUI is simple as possible, we had
remove almost everything, that only reading/answering mails is possible in the IMP.

sendmail, procmail?).
A caveat...I'm not a sendmail jock...I've been able to make simple
adjustments to my sendmail.mc/.cf files but by no means really 'understand'

A "milter" is a filter program that works exclusively with Sendmail. A
quick Google search found it here:
