qmail is "patch city" sendmail is "upgrade city" (this year) :-) With qmail, either use qmail-scanner or replace qmail-smtp with qpsmtpd http://develooper.com/code/qpsmtpd/ With qpsmtpd you can find some plugin to call SPAMD. This plugin is maybe not "rock solid" but you can tweak it (it is just some perl code).
