We are using Sendmail under Linux and Apache 1.3.28. The path is
/usr/sbin/sendmail.

How is Spamassassin invoked on your server?  If you are
using procmail, you simply add a recipe after Spamassassin
that looks for the score and sends anything above 15
limit to /dev/null

Kind of depends on your system - you need to provide more
specific info to get help.  I can give you help relative to
Unix/procmail
