using the MfA designer. I close out of the designer, everything seems fine,

After much floundering, I have figured out what is happening and fixed it.
Dear god, I feel like a floundering newb. Here is what I ran into. I had set

I have noticed a trend that when an application is running in the android
emulator and I go into a debug session, or the application is still running
from my previous debug session, I tend to get an error when visual studio
compiles and attempts to deploy. Has anyone else seen this behavior?
Yes, I have had this as well.
My "fix" for this is to start with MonoDevelop, deploy a simple app to it,
close MD, open VS, work with it, and it seems that VS will then see the
emulators.

To follow up on what Joseph says, I'm quite impressed by what I see to this
point. One interesting thing is that when I open up a layout in the designer,
I am seeing the resources be displayed in layout. I like this very much. Wally

I just downloaded and installed everything. One thing that I noticed is that
MonoDevelop doesn't have the same project types for MfA that VS does. Wally
