but the option -a 3 for with mpeg2enc doesn´t fit.
Is it possible to use y4mscaler to add black borders on top and bottom

Finally i solved the problem that i don`t get a "video" when recording
with lavrec (1.9.0/CVS), now video records fine but no audio is recorded
at all.
But with xawtv playing the video from the source VHS tape i can hear
audio, mixersettings are set correctly to record from the soundcar
