Hello, I have a video 720x576 with as.r 4:3 i would like to bring it to 16:9 but the option -a 3 for with mpeg2enc doesn´t fit.
Is it possible to use y4mscaler to add black borders on top and bottom of the video and bring it to 16:9 this way. As with mpeg2enc there are no black borders it just will stretch the video.
