Hallo

Hello,

I have two Videos in quicktime-format which i would like to Unify, the
second Video starts about 45-46 seconds later where the first Video ended.

I tried lavtrans with this options:

"lavtrans -o unify_video.mov -fq video1.mov video2.mov"

Unfortunately i get this error where i don't have any idea what's wrong?!?

**ERROR: [lavtrans] Error writing output: Internal: broken JPEG format

Do you have the same error if you try it the other way round ?

Yes, i get exactly the same error if it's the other way round.

Are both videos encoded with mjpeg codec ? And have the same frame
sizes, framrates, interlacing ?

I "recorded" both videos with "lavrec -fq -g 768x576 -d1 -s -c 2 -a 16 -q 80 <filename.mov>

Both are at 768x576 25fps interlaced.

I read something about a BUG in the manpage of lavtrans, it might happen
here, as the first Quicktime-Video is about 1,1 GIGS and the second one
es about 3,3 GIGS.

Who large it the output file ? If it breaks at 2GB, it should not brake
there, but that would point to an error.

I tried lavtrans several times now and the file size of the output file is always more then 2 GB. It's always around 2,5-3 GB.
