it doesn't specifically mention headers, but the filter setting has a listing for "entire message" which can contain a header line. You can find those original header lines (which are hidden) by using the command+shift+U to see the message source. Highlighting and copying are treated normally.

Yes. That's correct. You could either do it that way, by hitting Command+O on it from your Finder, or you could simply go into ITunes, hit command+O, and then browse for it. It probably would be easier though to just do the former, as that would be one less step you'd have to worry about. C
