Esther answered this one for me recently. What you have to do is go into system
preferences, then into the security tab and in there, you will turn off the
infra-red receiver, and then your mbp won't see your apple tv remote.

To disable the infrared receiver on your Mac:
1. go to your System Preferences.
2. choose the Security pane.
3. click the lock and enter your Admin password.
4. Check the Disable Infrared Receiver button.

Oh thanks for that. I got my keys remapped. But now it isn't accepting
keypresses from f9 through f12. I would remap those keys but I'm sure

If you do want or have purchased a Bose Bluetooth headset, let them know they
need to add A2DP. I know this is a new product and I am sure they will address
this. If not, they will be rather behind most of the better headsets on the
