Hi, Unfortunately, it's been my experience anyway, the T-mobile site not only doesn't work optimally with VoiceOver, it doesn't work optimally with Mac. Sighted members of my household sometimes have to clear the dust from the Windows machine to perform certain tasks within our account on their site.
