the ipall is a portable scanning and reading system that is about 18 inches 
long. It hooks to a comptuer via usb and you can even have it do auto scanning 
where you turn the page and it will scann it. Tha'ts how  I managed to scann a 
300 page book in about a half hour and have pretty good results.
Seems though the price went oup though.
