Yeah, windows is about the only place where Firefox is fully accessible outside of a Linux environment (and there are several distributions of Linux that have full accessibility for the blind). So, Firefox in windows can work with either jaws or NVDA pretty well. Just don’t use it in OS X. And

I had the same problem once. I had to change the channel on my router to a less busy channel and the problem stopped. I am thinking this is probably not the solution for you as I don't think you changed the channel of your router but I thought i'd pass this info along just in case it helps you.
