Hi,

I wouldn't necessarily make that conclusion. It sounds to me like there's
interference between Bluetooth and your WiFi signal. If your router is located
in close proximity to your computer, then the two may be interfering with each
other. In some router settings, there is the ability to either change the
channel, turn on interference filters and/or a firmware update will fix it. If
it is an older router, then making sure that the router isn't too close to your
computer system may help with this sort of issue. If it's not possible to
relocate the router, then look at its settings to see if there's anything you
can adjust for radio interference.
