Hi,

I can't see any good reason why a Bluetooth keyboard should cause you problems
with your WiFi connection. Apple usually sells the wireless keyboard by
default with most iMacs and other Desktop units so you'd think that they would
have noticed that sort of error. Regarding whether you see WiFi networks right
away kind of depends on how quickly you are trying to see them within that
menu. I've seen it take 10 to 15 seconds before that menu is populated with
the various WiFi networks within range. That all being said, you should still
connect to your own WiFi network pretty well right away, so, try going into
System Preferences, in the Network pane, select WiFi from the Services table,
then press VO-space on the Advanced menu. There should be a table there named
"preferred Networks". Interact with it and make sure that your Home network is
listed there. If it's not listed, then it's not being remembered properly. If
there are other networks listed before it, then try moving yours to the top of
the list. Moving it is done with the Drag & Drop process. If you have
difficulties with the Drag & Drop, then simply remove the networks that are
listed above it. You can accomplish this by selecting the network you wish to
remove, then stopping Interaction with the table, and Interacting with the
"WiFi Preferred Networks Control" area then choosing Remove. You'll then need
to click OK and Apply so that this is all remembered properly.
