Hey Ricardo thanks for that.
Do you discuss editing an existing mp3 or m4a, into a ringtone?

Maybe you heard a rumor that the iPad 3, supposedly scheduled for

I was referring to a physical remote that came bundled with the HD USB

Hi Donna,
It's an app, but it requires hardware as well. I'm currently looking into a
solution with Eye TV, but am on the fence currently.
As far as watching TV on my actual TV, I loved having a somewhat accessible

So the iPhone app is more accessible than the mac software? I really don't
want to spend money on a product from them if I can't at least do basic

set up smart guides, which is what I'd want to do anyway.

Hi,
I'd contacted the company last year about this and they told me at the time
they weren't interested in adapting it. it meant adapting the program from the
ground up.
It may be worth getting in touch with them again though and trying once more. I
always believe in trying until it happens.
Awesome. I wonder if Elgato would be open to accessibility suggestions? Or
would you say minus the guide, the app is accessible enough to use it on a
regular basis.
I really want to get rid of this Winblows box and completely switch to the
mac, but watching TV was my last hurdle to jump over.
Command r starts recording.

Thanks for all the input, guys. So the only thing that's' not accessible is
the guide, yet you can set up smart guides with some effort? Is there a

Hi Gerry,
I'm still running Snow Leopard on my Mac, but if you want to try a web
site that converts to mp3, you might try dirpy:
http://dirpy.com/
You can either paste in the URL of a YouTube video into the text box,
or type in search terms to locate a video for conversion at the
YouTube site. On
Eye TV comes with a remote control which lets you do some functions that
way. No feedback from VO to let you know what channel you're on but I
guess that's no different than most cable boxes.

You can set smart guides so eye tv is not a total loss as one may believe at
first. It takes just a bit of effort. I have 22 smart guides set up. You
have to interact with the unknowns but it is doable. Is ity perfect? No, but
