quite a few of the products (elgato) are straight forward using the cursor keys. I used to have one of the TV mini's and it was a decent bit of kit. loved it but as I don't travel and have a fairly accessible hard drive recorder, etc I don't have any need. but I'd be happy to help anyone and support anyone with contact with elgato.
