Hi Donna, It's an app, but it requires hardware as well. I'm currently looking into a solution with Eye TV, but am on the fence currently. As far as watching TV on my actual TV, I loved having a somewhat accessible guide with windows Media center, which is why I wanted to find a similar solution on the mac.

Hi all, Though mostly I agree with Ricardo that I'd rather watch TV on my TV, I hate how inaccessible Charter is. So an thinking that EyeTV might be an interesting option, at least when I'm watching TV by myself. But I'm confused about one thing. Is this an app, or does it also involve hardware?
