Hi, If it is a properly marked AudioBook, you can do the Next/Previous Chapter by pressing cmd-control-shift right or left arrow. You could also move forward quicker by pressing cmd-option-right arrow. There is also a script available on my somewhat old web-site at:
http://web.me.com/kilburns/voiceover/downloads.html It is in the iTunes area and you'll need to read the basic instructions at the top of the page that tell you how to save scripts for use by applications. You can even set a keyboard shortcut to work with the script if you're so inclined and know the process. Later...
